Shipping
Each and every order I receive makes me do a little happy dance! As a small business I take the utmost care to ship your order as quickly as possible, while also ensuring that it is safely and properly packaged for transport. Orders generally ship within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
You’ll receive a confirmation email after your purchase, and a track & trace code (where applicable) once your order has shipped.
Estimated delivery times:
- Netherlands: 1-3 business days
- Europe: 1-3 weeks
- Rest of the world: 2-5 weeks
FynBosch Design is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays due to natural disasters or other uncontrollable events. Custom orders may require additional time.
Payment options: Credit Card, iDEAL, PayPal, and Direct Bank Transfer.
Packing material
A sustainable, environmentally friendly way of working matters to me — reflected not only in the artwork itself, but in its packaging. Every order is lovingly packaged in recycled or organic material to minimise the carbon footprint, giving mother earth a little help where we can.
Returns
As everything I make is handmade with organic materials, slight discrepancies might occur — I kindly ask for your understanding in the fragility of all organic floral matter.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund. This does not apply to custom or sale orders.
Please email me at anneke@fynboschdesign.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipments must reach FynBosch Design within 14 days of that notification; return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. All returned products must be intact and unused. Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item, with a confirmation sent by email. I reserve the right to refuse a refund if returned products don’t meet these requirements.

- Email anneke@fynboschdesign.com within 14 days of receipt to arrange the return.
- Pack the goods in their original packaging where possible, sealed tightly.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are all the fibres natural?
All materials used are organic yarns — cotton, linen, mohair, silk, bamboo, or wool.
Will the flowers last forever?
The flowers aren’t chemically treated, so they’ll slowly fade in colour with age. The flora stays intact and won’t decay if treated with care. Best kept out of direct sunlight.
Do you take custom orders?
Absolutely — custom work is the most rewarding part of making art. Send me a message and we can discuss the possibilities together, from flower choice to colour scheme.
