Shipping
Each and every order I receive makes me do a little happy dance!
As a small business I take the utmost care to ship your order as quickly as possible, while also ensuring that it is safely and properly packaged for transport. In general, orders ship within 1-3 business days after the payment has been authorized.
A confirmation email will be sent to you after your purchase. And as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code (where appicable) from the post service. The packages are generally delivered within 1-2 working days in the Netherlands. But can vary in delivery time from 2-3 weeks in other countries
FynBosch Design is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays due to natural disasters or other uncontrollable events.
Packing material
A sustainable, environmentally friendly working method is of great importance to me. This is reflected in my work, but also in its packaging.
Every order is lovingly packaged in recycled or organic material to minimise the carbon footprint. Giving mother earth a little help where we can.
Returns
As everything I make is made by hand with all organic materials, slight discrepancies might occur. I kindly ask for your understanding in the fragility of all organic floral matter.
Yet if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from FynBosch Design, you can return it to us for a refund. Please note, this does not apply to custom or sale orders.
Please email me at anneke@fynboschdesign.com within 14 days of receipt of the article.
Return shipments must be received by FynBosch Design within 14 days of notification and any return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
All returned products must be intact & unused.
Refunds are processed within 7 days after I receive the products. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your credits have been processed.
I do have the right to refuse a refund if the returned products do not meet my return policy requirements.
Return instructions
Send an email to anneke@fynboschdesign.com within 14 days of receipt of the products and inquire about the return shipment.
If possible, pack the goods in the original packaging and seal them tightly.
